Go to your dashboard, open a project, and click the Export CSV button at the top right of the waitlist view. Your full participant list — name, email, referral count, signup date, and position — downloads instantly. No email required.
Open your dashboard and scroll to the Billing & Plan section at the bottom. Click Cancel Plan and confirm. Your account moves to the free plan immediately — no cancellation fees. Your data is retained. For any billing issues, email hello@spynra.com.
